When people with naturally different experiences, ideals, and beliefs come together to share a life, it is understandable that disagreements sometimes arise.
Throw everyday living and external factors in the mix, and these small matters can become destructive obstacles.
Therapy can provide a space for you and your partner to comfortably open up and dedicate time to work on your relationship. I will guide you both in reconnecting with one another, tackling difficult conversations, building better communication skills, identifying unhelpful patterns, and overcoming challenges that are causing distress. We will work together in learning how partners can feel heard, and try to find room in the relationship for each person’s needs and desires.
